14-Day Easy Returns

• The Floral Garden & Better Half Series: If you change your mind, you can return your unworn band within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition with original packaging.

• Signature Name Series (Personalized): Because these bands are custom-embroidered specifically with your name or unique characters, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on this series. Thank you for understanding that each custom piece is made uniquely for you.

Defective or Damaged Items For all series, if your item arrives with a quality defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund.
